Description:
This is the first technical assistance funded by ADB after SASAC’s inauguration in 2003, including international practices on corporate governance, performance evaluation, international benchmark, evaluation system design.
Deliverables and Output:
The first corporaten governance rating system in China was established;
The enhanced performancen evaluation system was adopted, programmed and implemented in 2006;
Ann international benchmark system in key industries was mobilized for large SOEs to improve international competitiveness;

Description:
Asian Development Bank contracted our consultants to provide services on SME development roadmap, strategy, and policy matrix in Cambodia. This is the first overseas consulting project undertaken by Chinese institutions through international competitive bidding. Upon the submission of consulting report, Asian Development Bank increased its loan amount from budgeted US$15 to US$20 million, for which Minister of Industry Mines and Energy highly appreciated our consulting services. Mr. Peng Gang, Chinese economic and business councilor in Cambodia attended the project kick-off meeting, interim workshop and the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia reported the project progress during the 8-month assignment.

Harbin is the 7th largest city in China and planned to construct Mopanshan Water Supply Project partly financed by Asian Development Bank (US$100 million). The consultant provided services in project preparation and construction (financial management, water tariff, engineering, tendering and procurement, institutional capacity strengthening, progress report, completion report), including dam, pipeline, water treatment plant and network improvement.
